8:03 am - So today is starting off on the wrong foot. I haven't been to sleep since I woke up yesterday morning at 7 am. I worked midnight to 6am and have been chugging cappuccino's since the day started. I also nursed a 44 oz Dr. Pepper between Midnight and 2 am and ate 2 burrito things (we call them Tornado's), at least they were baked. I am so exhausted and will probably do nothing productive today. I am at the office now, have some paperwork to do, hopefully I can get done by noon so I can go home and sleep for a few hours before I have to go pick my son up from daycare, cook dinner, and go to work again. Oh at least I chugged a water when I got home at 7 am. That's a better start than I thought, but still not great.

Breakfast - Half cappuccino, half coffee and a banana

Try try again

This is my first step in losing the last of my weight. As of tonight I weigh 155.2 lbs. That's 23.2 lbs to my goal weight of 132. Haven't seen that since I was 20! I've been working for the past 18 weeks and have lost a total of 10.8 lbs to date. Yes it's slow, but it's easier to maintain weight this way as I am teaching myself better eating habits. Together with some friends I think we have lost close to 100 lbs!!
I'll post a "before" picture tomorrow.
