After yesterdays food fiasco I am really tightening the reins on my snacking and meals. I've done well for the day and I'm working on my second 20oz of the day, only 56 more...3 large mugs will do it. I've picked out a heart healthy and calorie friendly dinner for tonight, zucchini lasagna. At only 250 calories I can do a nice dessert of rice pudding at 160 calories and still have calories to spare for a few nice healthy snacks. I go grocery shopping this evening so I will keep all this knowledge in mind.
