How it went

I decided to give the banana diet a try, what could I lose? Yeah yeah I know I hate puns too. So Wednesday evening I went and bought a bunch of banana's. Thursday morning I ate one and a glass of room temperature water just like the diet suggested. Lunch came around and amazingly my alarm clock of a stomach was not growling. I was hungry, but not extremely like normal. I did the same thing for Friday and same results. Saturday I had a normal breakfast because I had company in town and they wanted to try my waffles. Yum-o. Sunday I went back to the banana diet. I needed to test this diet further though. This morning I had a bagel with butter since we only had one banana left and I thought it best to leave it there as a snack for my son.......point???

I"M STARVING. My alarm clock of a stomach is going off at 11:15am, 45 minutes before I even get to go to lunch and and hour before I will be able to eat anything. I think I am going to be buying banana's this evening......I haven't stepped on the scale so I don't know if it resulted in any weight loss, but at least it curved my hunger pains.

aww..those diets always SUCK and they are hard. I always try to start a funky diet like that on days I have TONS to do! Keeps your mind off the hunger a little =)
Did it say the point of drinking room temp water? I always do, and DH thinks im a weirdo. Its not for any specific reason, just cause its on the counter and im lazy to get ice...LOL no, really i dont like the iceburnt taste of ice.
